The location is amazing. 15 mins walk to Petronas. 5 mins to Pavillion Mall and BUkit Bintang food/shopping street. 10 mins walk to KL Tower. And most importantly 5 mins walk from Monorail (Raja Chulan) to Hotel. Super Markets nearby. The breakfast was amazing and the spread of dishes was very good. Including western/continental options. Tea Coffee juices, fruits, various types of breads, jams, it was simply delicious. Fantastic team at the reception, super polite & accommodative. We received early check-in and also late check-out. Loved the hotel & overall experience in KL.

Walking distance to all the main attractions of KL. It had all the facilities: excellent ac; laundry room with dryer and excellent iron; very lavish breakfast; both Malaysian and continental; well-stocked bathroom with Dove products; efficient housekeeping and very responsive staff. Hafiz especially personally helped me out when I couldn’t find a money exchange late at night. I had an early morning flight and couldn’t convert my US dollars into ringgits for hotel payment and taxi.
